You can make Intention conscious.
No one can do it for you.
No one can stop you from doing it.
Three Forms of Intention
Most cases of exhaustion come from trying to manipulate yourself to do what you already want to do.
Your Intention will remain rather dormant and Unconscious until you are able to Be Centered and to Consciously Place Your Attention.
Once your Attention is placed, you have an anchor point onto which you can apply the force of your Conscious Intention.
Conscious Intention originates in your Energetic Center.
If you are not Centered, neither is your Intention.
INTENTION AS PRESSURE
Perhaps your present relationship to Intention is that if you set your Intention as a Commitment, as a Boundary, as a Strategy, as a Purpose. When you do this, you are applying pressure on your entire Zoo of Parts, and on the Universe, to try to get them to produce what you intend. You are trying to twist the Universe's arm into giving you what you want.
Certainly Pressure-Powered Intention may possibly work in your favor in certain circumstances, but in other conditions it can backfire in your face. Perhaps you have had this experience?
For instance, how clear are you about which 'you' is trying to twist the Universe's arms to give 'you' what 'you' want? If the 'you' is your Survival Strategy, your Box, your Gremlin, your Parents, your unfulfilled Childhood needs, or some ideal you picked up from your Religion or your Culture, you may end up creating exactly what you don't want.
INTENTION AS VACUUM
Often an outcome is sought by directing your Intention onto your own behavior and performance, trying to force yourself to do better, applying pressure to do it more perfectly, thinking that if you can force yourself to do it perfectly enough, you will create the desired outcome.
An alternative approach is to keep your Energetic Center on your Physical Center (so that you are Being Centered) and then send Intention impulses 'over there' to where you intend to go. Suddenly the next step of what you need to do to get 'over there' to the outcome is directly in front of you. Your Intention is on your vision of what you want to create. Your vision from the future (even if is only 3 seconds in the future) designs your present actions.
If you keep 3% Free Floating Attention - that is, Field Attention, 'soft eyes' not directed at or attached to anything in particular - your Attention can inform you about unexpected and nonlinear evolutions that would be useful in your Intention.
What this means is that just because you are consciously holding a particular Intention NOW, it does not mean you must keep holding that same Intention NOW. Your Conscious Intention can rapidly evolve because it is not a Belief, and it is not based on Assumptions or Projections that have crystallized into rigid Expectations.
Having Conscious Intention does NOT mean being rigid.
Then again, it might mean being resilient, persistent, or unrelenting.
As your Conscious Intention becomes like a fire hose, washing away resistance, blocks, or obstacles in front of you, it becomes more easeful (less frightening) to commit to outlandish outcomes and to produce and inhabit them.
FOCUSED VACUUM
You can gain skills to create enough open space in front of you - meaning, out there in the future where your Conscious Intentions should cause your outcomes to appear - so that a vacuum of empty unoccupied Space actually draws you and invisible coincidences forward into that future outcome.
Your Conscious Intention is a force that can open up empty space ahead of you in time, in the future, in such a way that a vacuum of emptiness creates a home base or a foundation for your outcomes to land on without resistance.
The well-known Isometric Exercise Principle goes like this: You strengthen that which you oppose.
If you use your Conscious Intention to oppose something in front of you as a way of trying to make Space for your outcome to arise, then you are strengthening exactly that resistance.
Here is the hint: You are far too close to the resistance. The opposition senses your Presence and immediately activates its resistive force against you. Consider that you might be far too close to the resisting force. You are being Reactive instead of Proactive.
Instead you can - with little effort - proactively reach forward, beyond, to the other side of the resistance, and handle things that are not yet directed towards resisting your outcomes. Create a Focused Vacuum force 'out there' where there is nothing invented yet. Create this Focused Vacuum as an empty Space 'out there' ahead in time or circumstances of the opposition, so that by the time you get close enough for the opposition to detect your Intention and activate its opposition, your outcome already exists. Then there is nothing to resist.
Reaching out 'over there' into the future conditions beyond the opposition, and opening up a landing Space for your outcome proactively, is using your Intention to create a Focused Vacuum.
